Fitness Showcase, founded in 1985 is headquartered in Kansas City, MO. We started as a retail operation selling residential and commercial exercise equipment in the Kansas City metro area, all of Missouri and Kansas. We partner with the BEST equipment manufacturers in the fitness industry and have since 1985.

After 34 years in retail (residential sales) we decided to cease that side of the business. Our very successful commercial business is now our main focus.

Rick Vemmer, co-owner opened the doors to Fitness Showcase in 1985. Shawn Hannagan, co-owner joined the Fitness Showcase team in 2000 after 6 successful industry years in Wichita, KS. Both Rick and Shawn continue as owners of Fitness Showcase today. Rick works out of Lee’s Summit, MO and Shawn works out of Olathe, KS.

Our business is to provide high quality commercial equipment backed by superior customer service. We represent the absolute BEST LINES in our industry such as MATRIX, TRUE, OCTANE, CYBEX, WATER ROWER and INSPIRE just to name a few.

We’ve been designing, equipping, installing and servicing HEALTH CLUBS, CORPORATE WELLNESS, SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITIES, MULTI HOUSING, SENIOR LIVING, COMMUNITY CENTERS, MEDICAL, PT CLINICS, PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIOS, GOLF COMMUNITIES, POLICE, FIRE and the list goes on.
