April 2nd is National Peanut Butter & Jelly Day! There are tons of sources that you consume peanut butter before a workout to help you avoid a crash while you’re going hard, so here’s a new way to combine your favorite childhood sandwich with a healthy preworkout snack.
- 2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 4 ounces fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup ice
Combine the strawberries, banana, peanut butter, yogurt, and ice in a blender until it reaches the desired consistency.
